New Video Game Release – Call of Duty
On November 10, 2009 Activision will be releasing the much awaited sequel to Infinity Ward’s popular first person shooter Call of Duty 6 Modern Warfare 2.
If you are a fan of this site you can pre-order Modern Warfare 2 in order to avoid the disappointment of it being sold out on retail shelves. As it is being released just in time for the Christmas shopping season it is likely to be in high demand and won’t last long on the store shelves.
For PC gamers you will have to wait a bit longer as word has it that while the console version will be released on time the online version will not be ready until November 24. The delay is believed to be due to pirating issues and manufacturing timetables which are concerned with meeting the console demand first.
The price is a bit higher than most shooter games but given the quality of Infinity Wards products this is to be expected.
